The CardinalProfiles database is where you organize the data records for the people you need to communicate with. The interface and integrated tools give control to easily and efficiently add, edit, or delete records.
Your Website visitors can create and edit their own Profile. Or you can add Profiles - one record at a time, or up to 5000 at once when you use the Profile uploader. You have the capability to export CardinalProfiles as delimited files or as XML.
CardinalProfiles come with standard contact fields, such as name, address, and email address. But you can also create fields of your own, so you can collect the information that differentiates people and their specific needs, so you can communicate better, and with more positive results.
You can divide your profiles into groups: customers, prospects, members, staff, vendors and anyone else that you communicate with. |
